We apologize, but in the summer we only ship chocolate products on Monday and Tuesday to prevent shipments from sitting and melting over the weekend. We are unable to guarantee that your order will be shipped right away; however, we do our best to make sure orders are shipped as soon as we receive them.

- What can I do if I have a problem with my order?

- What taxes will be charged?
The residents of Indiana will be charged 5% and the residents of Kentucky will be charged 6% sales tax. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to comply with both local and state laws. If you have any further questions, please contact your local authorities regarding this matter.
- Do you have a return policy?
If you have already received your order and decide that you do not want the item (s), just return the "unopened" item (s) back to us and we will refund your credit card for the amount. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return the products that you ordered because you ordered the wrong product, you wish to exchange the product for another, or you would like a refund. Email us (?????) for a return # and we will gladly take care of your problem. We will credit your card once we receive the merchandise and process your paperwork. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it was our mistake and we shipped you the wrong item.

Yes, we accept both Visa and MasterCard. We accept debit cards as long as they have either the Visa or MasterCard logo. We also accept other ways of payment, like cashiers check or money orders. Your cashiers check or money order should be made out to and mailed to;???????????. Personal checks will not be accepted.
- Does your site have a privacy policy?
Yes, our policy is to not give any personal information out to anyone except our employees at D D Vending. Employees of our site have very limited to no access to customer information. The only reason any personal information would be given out is, for UPS tracking, or to contact you regarding your order. Our site respects the privacy of our customers, and everything is kept confidential; therefore, our customers and or visitors information will not be given out for any reason.
- What if I can't find the type of product I am looking for, what can I do?
If you can't find what you are looking for, please email or call us and we can special order it for you. Our access to products keeps getting larger. We also try to bring in new products, so check with us to see if we have it in inventory, if not, we usually can get it very quickly. We try to update our inventory weekly. Let us know if you would like to see something on our website that currently isn't listed.
Yes, our company receives fresh product daily. Since we do such a large volume of products, we make sure it is fresh when being shipped out to our customers. If for some reason you received a product that isn't fresh, please contact us immediately and we will replace it.
- When do I find out that you have received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. It also gives you a summary of what you have ordered and that it has been received. After the customer receives the e-mail, the order begins to be processed.
- What is the turn around time to get my order?
All orders will be shipped UPS within the United States. If the order can be placed before 10:00 am EST it should only take approximately 1-5 business days for standard ground shipping. All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. UPS does not count the weekend or Holidays as standard business days. Depending on what type of shipping method you choose, you could receive your order the next business day. All shipping costs are based on the zip code, weight of the package and shipping method.
- How do I know chocolates will not melt during shipping?
We do everything possible to safeguard against melting. D D Vending provides free protective packaging and gel ice packs. Unfortunately, these materials won't protect against the heat for longer than three days, so you will need to select shipping that takes three days or less (3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, or Next-Day Air). Also, we will only ship out meltable orders on Mondays or Tuesdays (otherwise, your candy will just sit in a hot UPS hub over the weekend. D D Vending is not responsible for candy that is received damaged from heat and humidity.
